  Overview  
  EPON-04/04C is a GEPON ONU with 4-port 10/100 Ethernet and 2-FXS VoIP (EPON-04C only). It supports latest and greatest fiber optical communication technology, GEPON, with connection speed up to 1.25/1.25 Gbps for upstream/downstream. 10/100 Ethernet provides popular and ubiquitous networking interface for user-side device connectivity. It is ideal for service providers who wish to provide very high speed broadband service. GEPON works in long distance more than 20KM (depends on transceiver module) hence significantly reduces numbers of central office and active electronics required in the path. Up to 32 split ratio further simplified network management and installation. EPON-04/04C guaranteed your investment by being able to meet bandwidth requirement in the foreseeable future. It is also possible to interconnect with VDSL and ADSL2+ network for last hundred meter connectivity, if an evolutional migration is preferred.
