The Company encourages real-name reporting to facilitate communication and verification. The whistleblower shall complete the \u201cWhistleblowing Incident Record Form.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>For major violations or incidents of material harm, the case shall be reported to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors\u3002<\/li>\n<li>Investigations shall be conducted based on fairness and impartiality, allowing the involved parties the opportunity to present explanations or defenses\u3002<\/li>\n<li>Cases shall be concluded within 30 days, extendable to 60 days if necessary.
