Responsibilities：

1. Develop, promote, and strengthen the company’s sustainability policies, annual plans, and strategies。

2. Review, monitor, and revise the implementation and effectiveness of sustainability efforts。

3. Oversee sustainability disclosures and review the sustainability report。

4. Supervise the execution of the company’s sustainability code and other sustainability-related tasks approved by the board。
