Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
The Company is committed to practicing its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policy by actively welcoming and encouraging participation from employees of diverse backgrounds, including differences in age, ethnicity, abilities, disabilities, gender, religion, culture, and sexual orientation. The Company ensures equal labor rights and protections for all employees.
Cameo Communications upholds the principle of placing talent in positions where they can thrive, implementing a merit-based employment policy without discrimination based on employees’ physical or mental conditions. In 2025, the Company employed four persons with disabilities, assigning them to appropriate roles, including massage-related service positions and production line operations. These arrangements provide health and wellness support for employees while fostering a friendly, inclusive, and integrated workplace environment.
Local Hiring
Cameo Communications defines local communities based on the geographic location of each operational site and actively promotes local employment to support sustainable community development:
- Taipei Site: The local hiring ratio reached 82.7%, effectively promoting employment opportunities and economic vitality within the Greater Taipei metropolitan area.
- Hsinchu Site: The local hiring ratio reached 57.9%, injecting local talent into Taiwan’s core technology cluster.
- Tainan Site: The local hiring ratio reached 84.7%, strongly supporting industrial development and social stability in Southern Taiwan.
Through these initiatives, the Company not only fulfills its corporate social responsibilities but also strengthens its connection with local communities, generating positive impacts on regional economic and social sustainability.
