Supplier Sustainability Requirements
Cameo Communications incorporates sustainability-related requirements into the documents that suppliers are required to sign。
In addition to requiring suppliers to comply with these provisions, the Company also verifies implementation through annual audits, thereby strengthening suppliers’ understanding and performance in E (Environmental), S (Social), and G (Governance) aspects, and building a more sustainable and competitive supply chain。
In 2024, Cameo issued the “Cameo Supplier Code of Conduct,” “Supplier Compliance Statement,” and the “Supplier ESG Self-Assessment Form.”
As of the third quarter of 2024, these documents have been distributed to 152 suppliers, of which 113 suppliers have completed and returned the signed forms。
Supplier Management Policy
Cameo Communications incorporates ESG-related risks and impacts into its supplier management practices。
Suppliers are expected not only to deliver high-quality products and services but also to value social responsibility and environmental sustainability, actively engaging in energy conservation and eco-friendly practices. Cameo regards its suppliers as long-term partners essential to continuous business development, and upholds the principles of mutual benefit and shared prosperity to jointly promote sustainable operations。
Cameo requires suppliers to base their management of product quality, cost, delivery, and service on clearly defined standards. Supplier evaluation criteria reference the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, extending supply chain management to include environmental protection and social topics under ESG—such as labor rights, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and ethical management systems。
These criteria form the basis for supplier risk assessment and control. Follow-up improvement measures are developed according to evaluation results, helping suppliers enhance performance and improve overall supply chain efficiency, reduce operational risks, and strengthen long-term partnership development。
Furthermore, Cameo conducts regular assessments using the “ESG Self-Assessment Form” to monitor suppliers’ ESG performance and encourages suppliers to disclose relevant sustainability information regularly。
Supplier Code of Conduct
Cameo Communications has established the “Cameo Supplier Code of Conduct” and the “Supplier Compliance Statement,” requiring suppliers to strictly follow the standards to ensure high-level management of labor, health, safety, environmental protection, and ethical practices, thereby fostering a sustainable supply chain environment。

Commitment to Integrity and Anti-Corruption
Products and services provided by suppliers directly affect the Company’s product quality, service delivery, and operations, and their sustainability practices indirectly influence the Company’s reputation and brand value, potentially creating operational risks。
Cameo Communications requires all suppliers to sign an “Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commitment Letter” together with the procurement contract. Suppliers must agree not to offer bribes or improper benefits to any Company employee, nor directly or indirectly provide benefits to employees or their related parties in order to secure business or fulfill contractual obligations。
If a supplier engages in any illegal or unethical act, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate or cancel the contract。
