Sustainability Implementation Committee
The Board of Directors of Cameo Communications approved the Corporate Social Responsibility Best Practice Principles and authorized the establishment of a Sustainability Development Committee, with an Independent Director appointed as the Convener, and the Chairperson and the General Manager serving as Committee members. The Sustainability Development Committee formulates sustainable development strategies and is responsible for promoting and implementing sustainability initiatives within the Company, progressively integrating sustainable management concepts into Cameo Communications’s corporate culture.
In response to the environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) aspects of sustainable development, the Sustainability Development Committee has established dedicated working groups under its supervision. Relevant departments are responsible for collecting stakeholders’ concerns regarding environmental protection, occupational safety, supply chain management, labor and human rights, operational performance, and corporate governance. Out of respect for stakeholders’ rights and interests, Cameo Communications has established a dedicated stakeholder section on its corporate website to appropriately respond to material sustainability issues of concern to stakeholders. To enhance information transparency, Cameo Communications has, since 2023, reported ESG implementation results to the Board of Directors on an annual basis, thereby strengthening the Board’s engagement in and oversight of the Company’s ESG performance.
The Company convened its first Sustainability Development Committee meeting on November 11, 2025, during which reports and discussions were conducted regarding stakeholder engagement activities and the implementation status of corporate sustainability initiatives for 2025. The outcomes of the meeting serve as a reference for the subsequent promotion of sustainability strategies and the enhancement of related management measures.
