I、Introduction: Linking Intellectual Property Strategy with Business Objectives
The Company supports the research, development, and manufacturing of network communication products through the acquisition, protection, management, and utilization of intellectual property. These measures ensure data security, technological autonomy, and operational continuity in OEM and ODM cooperation projects.
The objectives of intellectual property management are to mitigate infringement risks, safeguard the Company’s rights and interests, and enhance market competitiveness. This plan aims to establish a consistent and sustainable management framework to ensure that intellectual property management aligns with the Company’s operational needs。
II、Commitment to Intellectual Property Management
The Company maintains a pragmatic and implementable intellectual property protection system, with the following commitments:
- Establishing basic measures for the protection of trade secrets, trademarks, and information security。
- Conducting legal compliance reviews of NDAs and contractual agreements based on actual cooperation requirements。
- Performing necessary due diligence on third-party technology sources。
- Reviewing the management system and implementation status on an annual basis and making adjustments where necessary
III、Scope of Intellectual Property Management
(I)Patent Management
- The Company continuously maintains its existing patents and evaluates the filing of new patent applications based on actual R&D outcomes.
- R&D data, technical documents, and design outputs are managed under basic access control mechanisms.
- Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are executed with customers and suppliers during external cooperation to ensure appropriate protection of exchanged information
- During the product development process, basic reviews of key third-party technology sources are conducted to reduce the risk of infringement
(II)Trademark Management
The Company continues to maintain the “Cameo” trademark and necessary product identifiers to ensure brand consistency and legal compliance in the marketplace。
Trademark management measures include:
- Registering and renewing trademarks in accordance with operational needs。
- Establishing basic guidelines for the use of trademarks in corporate documents and external communications。
- Monitoring improper use of trademarks in the market and taking appropriate actions when necessary。
(III)Trade Secret Management
As OEM and ODM R&D collaborations involve extensive exchanges of technology and data, trade secrets represent one of the most critical areas of protection for the Company。
- Institutional Measures
- New employees are required to sign an Integrity and Confidentiality Commitment Agreement upon onboarding。
- NDAs are executed with customers and suppliers。
- Suppliers are required to sign an Intellectual Property Rights Assurance Letter to confirm the legitimacy of their data sources。
- Information Security and Technical Protection
- Internal servers are protected through account, password, and access authorization controls。
- Critical design materials (such as EVB files, Gerber files, firmware, and project documentation) are stored in controlled environments。
- Process Controls
- Customer data usage, access, and retention are managed in accordance with ODM and customized development workflows。
(IV)Copyright Management
- Preventing unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted materials。
- Confirming ownership of economic rights in external cooperation projects。
- Centralized legal review of licensing terms for technical documentation。
(V)Regulatory Compliance
The Company complies with applicable laws and regulations, including patent law, trademark law, copyright law, trade secret law, and information security regulations, and adjusts internal systems as necessary to remain compliant。
IV、Implementation Status for 2025
- All newly hired employees completed the signing of the Integrity and Confidentiality Commitment Agreement。
- Approximately 30 NDAs were executed with customers and suppliers。
- 20 suppliers signed Intellectual Property Rights Assurance Letters。
- Access controls for R&D documentation were strengthened based on operational needs。
- Customer data was managed using a classification-based approach。

Beginning in 2025, the Company reports the implementation status of intellectual property management to the Board of Directors on an annual basis
